"This place had a ton of space inside but unless its a large group look elsewhere. Our space was on top of multiple other units, there was limited privacy and partying all night. Our house/condo was advertised as a heated pool and hot tub, neither were heated and the request to check on them went unresponded. Do not recommend."

"We stayed at 4270 paragraph drive and it wasn't very good at all. There was 1 roll of toilet paper for a 10 day stay and not enough cutlery for the people we had, there was barely any pots and pans to cook with.The lights were falling out of the ceiling, overall it isn't very well taken care of. Had to pay extra to heat the pool and we wanted to BBQ but the grill was locked up in the garage. I wouldn't bother with this place there is definitely better places to rent. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"The place was wonderful to stay at clean. Beautiful area enjoyed ourselves very much The only thing was some of the other people who were on vacation. Add no manners or concerns about other vacations. , and brought there ghettonees with them . in the front of the apartments drinking, Screen mirroring yelling very very loud 2:am 3am in the morning leaving beer bottles everywhere. I know they felt like they were on vacation but the other 99.9% of the residents were also on vacation and didn't leave these kinds of messes or disrespect to all the other residents. Just wish they would scream people a little better NFC can't scream them at least patrol it and when these things happen asked them to required it down. And take it inside other people are trying to sleep and enjoy their vacation stop acting like. You're the only one on vacation? How are they could fit more than 25 people in the 4 bedroom places beyond me? I would highly suggest more security."

"Great location so close to Disney without getting on a highway! Good value, free amenities. My kids LOVED the water slides. The apartment we rented on AirBNB was clean and decorated well.. even having a gift bag and welcome message for us. We'll be going again next year for sure!"
