"The management and maintenance staff are topshelf here. They are ALWAYS available and respond almost immediately to all concerns. I've lived here for 17 years and I can honestly say you won't find a better managed and maintained complex in the Tampa Bay area. Great neighbors, very close to restaurants and shopping and you can be laying on a beautiful gulf beach in 10-12 minutes or the crystal clear pool in 1-2 minutes. Give them a look. You won't be disappointed."

"My wife and I have lived here since October 2021 and consider our selves blessed to be in this apt! Brenda and James manage this property exceptionally! They have always been courteous, professional, and make you feel like family. Our 2 bedroom unit was totally remodeled when we moved in and it's immaculate! Maintenance is excellent always quick to respond and complete the maintenance issue. The grounds are clean and the complex is very quiet and we have all this and we're close to the ocean! We consider this paradise. Thank you Brenda, James, and maintenance crew for making this place so enjoyable!"

"Absolutely wonderful complex! Nothing negative to say about it at all. My husband & I moved here in December 2020. WAY better than our previous apartment complex…by a lot! The management and maintenance here are what make it; they are fantastic people that really go out of their way to make you feel right at home and taken care of. They truly care about the complex. Things get fixed (and replaced if need be) in a timely manner. Plus it’s quiet even on weekends, there’s no loud parties or anything, people are considerate and the grounds are well taken care of. Assigned parking, private patio, & washer/dryer with every apartment are perks as well, and the price per square foot is reasonable for the area. Neighbors are really nice people also. Going to be here a long time, for sure!"
