"Beautiful place. Kelsey is fantastic. My first week living in the building has been a nice experience. Stephanie and Kelsey are very responsive. Taking it down to 3 stars. This building has issues, elevators not working, front door not working, parking garage gate finicky. After 10 months and the luxury moniker basics like this should work."

"Amazing management! They have and will organize a mass towing of residents vehicles in a half empty building parking garage (which costs an additional $150 a month to park in) Don’t get a flat tire at YOUR HOME or they will tow your car at 2am. They prioritize nonsense non-issues in order to make money. While also putting major issues on the back burner. The front door works about 50% of the time and the only other option is the loading dock/trash room aka “rear entrance” which is located in a dark unfinished alley where homeless people enjoy drinking, doing drugs, and harassing residents. Enjoy the beautiful views and sounds of non-stop construction directly across the street. No alarm clock needed! Nasty emails threatening fines are sent out weekly. They use 4 different unorganized apps to manage the building. Guess what SmartRent is used for? That’s right you guessed it building access codes! How about ActiveBuilding? Right again, that’s where you pay your rent. Makes perfect sense to me! Management is completely out of touch with reality and for some reason cannot comprehend that this is not a hotel, these are people’s homes."

Brianna was awesome with the move in process and helping me with payments and the use of facilities in our building. The building is well maintained and the maintenance team has been unbelievable in the small things that have come up. It’s not cheap to live here BUT it’s truly the best living experience in dtsp"

"I moved into EVO about a month ago, and I'm so glad I decided to live here. My apartment unit is beautiful and already feels like home. I considered properties with smaller units to try to save a little money, but EVO is 100% worth every penny. I'm much more comfortable here than I would have been anywhere else. The amenities here can't be beat, either. I spend most of my lunch breaks lounging by the pool, and I've really enjoyed the 24/7 gym access. The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and always happy to help when I have questions. 10/10 would recommend. This was the best decision I made in moving to St Pete!"

"Moving into Evo has been a wonderful experience. We have visited St. Pete many times throughout the last few years and probably toured every apartment complex in the process. We scheduled a tour a couple months ago with Brianna and we were blown away. What initially stood out with Brianna was her customer service and attention to detail. We were used to the ole bait and switch type of leasing people that either forget they had a tour scheduled or talk so fast you think they are a used car salesman. Working with Brianna was the complete opposite and was the first time in quite some time where we didn’t just feel like a number. We had a great tour and we couldn’t believe how amazing the building was. We also toured another high rise a few blocks away and it didn’t even compare to Evo in the level of service or amenities. What surprised us was the follow through. It was prompt and she remembered to answer all our random questions. We ended up deciding to move in. After a back and forth on our end of dates, we finally made it down last week. Move in was a breeze. Brianna had everything ready, loading dock was reserved and it was just breeze. In the process we also met Mitchell and a couple of people on the maintenance team and again the level of customer service was great. I emphasize it because we have lived all over from Ft Lauderdale to San Diego to Scottsdale and everywhere in between the last decade and I can honestly say we have never seen such great service or a place that just seems to “get it” like we have here. Everyone we have come across in the building has been very nice. The amenities are amazing. Sauna, ample parking, pool, gym, rooftop area with grills, lounging areas, and the wifi throughout the building and unit is great. Unit is very soundproof and quiet. Lots of walkability in the area. Overall just a great place so far."
