"Waste of money places a piece of junk landlords and property managers don't give a s*** about anything except for money, wouldn't live here if i had to live on streets, I'll say it again don't waste your money here everything is junk"
"Unfortunately this was the only place I could move to in a short time frame Way over priced. They claim they are going to be fixing the place up but I don't think that will ever happen. Pool gave me and my roomies fungal infections. Place is infested with roaches and we have been begging them to hold up their end of the lease they state they will provide monthly pest control but it's all lies they don't care about anyone over here. The walls are paper thin you will hear every foot step, toilet flush, even when they just lay in bed you will hear it.Their idea of "remodeling" is spray painting everything with a white primer and I mean EVERYTHING. On top of all that I can't even have mail here because the mailboxes don't lock.They also own briarwood that is where their office is. Least they take care of that complex I guess"
