"I stayed in Bridgewater for a full year and my experience was a 10 out of 10 my apartment was on the third floor. I had the best view and hardly any maintenance problems. The office manager. Eteva Busby was one of the nicest managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She helped me with my move in process , my application, as well as my renters insurance from start to finish. Not only that, but she returned all of my phone calls and has the sweetest voice. Besides, that the spa area is always open and hot. Beware of towing it’s definitely enforced in the community. Unfortunately, I did have to move due to the increase of rent, but had it not increased I would have renewed. I’m going to miss this place. I would definitely recommend living here."
"Talk about Property Managment Negligence. These two ladies working at the front office are going to be the reason of this companies downfall. Mold in my unit, carpet is peeling, toilet malfunction, tile stickers peeling in bathroom floor, black stuff spreading under sink, oh and YOU all never filed a incident report when I injured myself October 30,2023. I will be building a report against everyone, I’ve spoken to multiple tenants and everyone has issues they are lucky we have not come all together to File Class Action. Lady under me had to vacate her unit due to Mold infestation. I’ve sent Tisha and the other lady emails they don’t reply and when I come in office to handle stuff Tisha acts oblivious and her answer is always “ I don’t know” of the same matter I’ve been trying to handle since October 1. She said to email her but for what? I’m sure someone with a lower IQ level can handle the task I’ve requested. Maintenance is also negligent and lazy. Incompetent humans who all work here. Embarrassing!!!!! Also you better believe I’m not removing this Google review until your sort the issue out and call me to communicate properly to sort out my 5,300$ hospital bill!!!!!!!!!!! Let this slide for too long now you all will deal with the city and Code enforcement."
"I've been living here for over a year, and new management has changed so much! Im so grateful for the new ladies in the office. I love the front pool, its my favorite over looking water. I also love the gym & tennis court!"
"I knew it was too good to be true… I submitted my application and paid the $85 fee on Nov 11th of 2023 through Rent Cafe. I waited about 2 weeks to reach out to the office staff to check on my application. NOTHING!! I sent several emails and left voicemails, STILL NOTHING!! Around the beginning of December I was able to speak to Etvea and she said that she would be sending me an email with further instructions. It took about a week in a half to get the email. Once I received the email I sent over all the documentation she requested within seconds. Mind you everything she requested has already been uploaded to Rent Cafe. Side-note, I work for the local Housing Authority so I know how Rent Cafe operates “ I use that exact program.” Long story short it’s December 29th and I still haven’t received any additional information on the status of my application. They need to hire more staff or something this is so unprofessional."
"Don’t waste your time. I put in an application in the beginning of the week and received an email to complete the next steps. I did so right away and didn’t hear anything back after a couple days. I called and no matter how many times you try they never answer their lines. I sent an email and Eteva helped. She started off nice but then became very rude and nasty in the end. I was told it’s very busy so it’s difficult to reply but I should get an answer back by end of week Friday of the status. Friday came and went and I got nothing. I called the next week, nothing, emailed again, nothing. Couple more days pass and finally I get a reply with the same answer that they’re so busy but needed more info. I provided it right away and got nothing again for another couple more days. Finally I was fed up and explained that due to the lack of communication I wanted to cancel my application but would reconsider if I finally get an answer of the status of my application. They finally say it’s approved and needed to specify a date. I gave the info right away and again, no reply. I called end of that day and was told Monday I would get my lease agreement. Monday came, nothing. I called and emailed again and as usual NOTHING! It’s now Wednesday and I didn’t even bother trying anymore and sent an email to cancel my application. If they’re too busy to just complete a lease agreement then imagine how busy they’ll be if something actually does happen when I move in and have any problems I need fixed in the apartment. I’m upset that I wasted money on an application that I won’t get back all because no one in the office can communicate or help. Hopefully this helps anyone else considering to apply. Don’t lose your money like I did."
