"Thin walls you could hear everything & I mean everything. The price for the place is ridiculous for how small it is. The elevator is constantly getting stuck hopefully you're not inside one when it happens because the call button isn't going help you need to call the fire department to get you out. Now if the compactor breaks down thwey take months to fix it which trash will pile up until they get a dumpster. I've watched the garbage man for the place lug two bins overfilled with trash by himself, if you don't get that it's really heavy enough with just one but two I'm surprised he hasn't quit yet. He's worked through the rain & storms that's ridiculous I can see they don't care about their workers. The maintenance worker was pretty okay but he's not really out going kinda lazy In my opinion."
"So far we are absolutely loving apartment life! The office staff is so kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix problems. The amenities are very nice. We love the family friendly atmosphere. The Jamison is definitely feeling like home!"
