"Went over to look and found an amazing group of people that were willing to assist. In total I dealt with four staff members, first a lovely receptionist then Ashley and Kennedy. Each contact was reassuring, considerate and professional. While I didn’t move in I think the property is beautiful and a really needed addition to this area. Thank you for your assistance"

"The staff us very friendly and knowledgeable. The cottages are beautiful and I am sure when everything is done and finished this will be a pleasant and happy place to live. I rate the staff to be one of the best people I have dealt with. Thank you Stephanie and staff for making it such a good experience. All the staff members are very helpful and friendly. It seems that the comfort and well being of the residents are their first priority. The maintenance staff completes the work orders in a timely manner, very polite and respectfull and friendly personnel. Nice place to live. One concern is that they do not have any handicap ramps or parking, this needs to be corrected. Things are started but not finished, like the doggie park. Maybe in time these things will be done."

"I give it only 2 stars because the lack of communication is very poor. They say they will contact you when the date to move in is, they never did. We have to call them to find out, and when we do they are very unprofessional with their responses. Move in date is today but don't have any info on the lease, the address, amounts are wrong,. Not sure if it's a temp staff that is answering calls, so it may not be coming from Osprey. We want to live there but worried about this lack of communication between residents and staff. Update: the communication is a problem here. They have a serious problem with drainage, will have to get sandbags if we get a hurricane. They don't take care of the plants, bushes are dead and even a palm tree is dead. They opened the dog park for two days then they locked it up, no notice, nothing. Built in humidifier costing us $25 more a month in electrical bill. Told us on phone that water bill is separate but it's not, so we paying for everyone and for sprinklers. Overall, it's quiet here for now, nice inside, nice neighbors and reasonably priced."

"Have been here one week still moving in but love my new home here! It is beautiful and quiet, like an oasis with an availability to everything I could possibly need in less than 1.5 miles! I am so grateful to the amazing staff, Kennedy was amazing helping to be sure everything was handle right the first time! I have a lake view and love seeing the wild life! Also there is so much storage I may never fill it up! Thank you all for making my new home wonderful!!"
