"**REPORTED THIS PLACE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH** Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures. It is 83 degrees outside today, and for months, I have had no AC in my apartment. The furnace is completely covered in caked up moldy filth. I have submitted countless requests to maintenance, and they won't do anything. They are too cheap to call an HVAC tech to fix it. Take heed of this picture. I am advising all my neighbors who have been complaining about this to do the same."

"The worst customer service and the worst maintenance I have ever had. I haven’t had AC for more than a month and they always make excuses, But the electricity bill is super high because the air is damaged, and they don't care. To collect the rent and be rude on the phone there they are good, especially the office manager. She is very rude just because I call for my rights."

"I had a problem with my ac over the weekend and on Monday the ac was worked on. I was assisted by Gabriel Alicea from maintenance whom I found being very polite and professional. I also was able to speak on several occasions to the front office staff and they were also very polite and empathetic to my situation. Thank you all for being so helpful. . Great job guys!!!"

"I have placed 3 requests in the last week and so far 2 have been taken care of quickly. The third I know will be taken care of this week as well. Element team is very nice and polite and haven't had any issues as of yet. I'm very happy here as well as my husband and our kids. I'll keep posting however I don't think I'll have anything bad to say. Element is great, my kids love the pool, it's nice and clean and a very friendly place to live."
