"They make you sit in a presentation extremely similar to a time share. Here they drill you into believing they aren't Expedia but guess what they booked me a hotel with Expedia. Lieing to me from the beginning. They sold me a hotel near a beach which was closed due to covid..they continously sell you the line they will save you more than expedia since they bought all the other competitors. I didnt save since I didn't get my two beds as promised. I dislike being lied to. I have a problem understanding what I had read so the guy lied to me saying he read it but left out many crucial parts of the contract not explaining it to me. Making me believe I was getting a good deal. I was deceived"
"My wife and I with our 8yr old son moved down from Charlotte NC and had no where to go so for the first 3 weeks Runaway bay staffing took great care of us. And gave us the lowest price rate we've ever gotten. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who is new to Florida area."
