"We have been here since 2018 and love it! We started our application process when we were still in south Florida and Tee was so helpful! She guided me through all of the steps and made what could have been a stressful move so easy! Tee is anything but unprofessional! She cares about her tenants! She watches out for the children in the neighborhood and if there is ever a situation that needs to be addressed, she is on it! Even when we’ve found ourself in a jam, she is compassionate and empathetic and I count myself extremely lucky to have someone with these qualities looking out for my family! I’d encourage those looking for a place to come visit Arbor Lakes. It’s a beautiful property and a great place to live."

"Hello I’m a single mother of three and was looking for a place to reside due to my lease being up so this was an emergency. Ms.T was sufficient and understanding towards my situation. She answered my questions and got everything taken care of so I can move in promptly. My children and I are so pleased to have found Arbor lakes and have met Ms.T by far the best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you Ms.T !"

"The lady T who answers the phone there is extremely rude, lazy and unprofessional. She’s very condescending. There was an apartment available on their website with a link to apply, so I applied. I called the next day to inquire and she told me there were no apartments available and that I was “stupid”to do that. I asked for a refund on my application fee and she said no I’d have to dispute it with my credit card company. So you’re going to post an available apartment, then say it’s not available, but take my money for the application that you’re not even going to run? That’s shady. If you’re going to work in customer service you should probably have some customer service skills. Who hires these people?! Would not recommend this place if that who you have to bring your issues to. **Update** I ended up moving here about six months later but through a private renter and I can’t wait to get out of here!!! This place used to be nice but since T was hired she’s letting the wrong kind of people in. The grounds here are a mess. Weeds taller than the trees. No joke. Dead bushes. Places with no grass. The HOA will harass you over something irrelevant but won’t enforce the ones leaving all kinds of trash on their patios. There are so many people here who sit outside and do drugs and the HOA has nothing in their bylaws to protect you. The neighbors are loud and you’ll be told to call the police because the HOA doesn’t want to deal with it. Dogs without leashes and they don’t pick up their poop!! This place is actually the worst. It’s a shame too because it could be a really nice community if they had people who knew how to run it. The staff are all very unprofessional, uneducated, incompetent, and rude. If you confront them about the issues they yell at you! Total joke."

"I almost tempted to apply for it but restrained myself after going through the reviews. Ms. Tee sounds like a Con and I would not rent there. Looks like she hired bunch of people to praise her here and that's where it gets messy. This place don't seem right and people won't be treated fairly so I am not going to apply. It may sound preemptive decision but it's better late than never. I don't want to be harassed by any property manager that's acting like a con artist. Stay blessed all."
