"I cannot vouch for what this complex was like prior to the new owners but I have visited this property a few times during its new construction and I am very impressed with how this property is coming along. The new buildings are beautiful and the apartments are super spacious. The front office staff are very friendly and informative and the maintenance team has been kicking butt making sure everything is in perfect order. The maintenance supervisor, Jacob, is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and forms true bonds with the tenants making sure to answer calls and even comes at all hours to ensure all issues are resolved and residents are happy! I believe this is going to be a competitive, top tier complex once construction is finished and anyone would be lucky to call this place home."
