"Almost a year and a half living here ! Is very nice complex, the problem is not filter with people! Now today July 26, 2023 at 12:34 am people is in the pool screaming and this is not the first time, is happening almost everyday and the manager don’t do anything about it! I requested pest control many times and I did not authorize get in the apartment when I was not at home, and they checked like they come when never came to the apartment. And like that many things like they promised fix the toilet , people came painted with a regular paint no for toilet and the next flush all the paint came off and looks horrible and dirty because all the pee and the Pooh is stick in the old toilet they never changed and maintenance people get in my apartment when I not authorized get in my home when I’m not there."

"Good facility. Poor management. Although rent was paid on time, I received an eviction notice stating rent was past due and I needed to submit payment immediately or vacate the property within 3 days. Office staff later informed me the notice had been sent in error but never provided an explanation for the error or apologized for the mistake. One repair took over a month to complete and was only addressed after I had a property manager visit the apartment to see the work had never been performed. To add insult to injury, the company held my security deposit for more than four months after the lease had ended. Finally received my refund, after numerous phone calls, multiple emails, several voice messages and registered letters were sent to the Leasing office. Be careful if you rent here. Request receipts of every rent payment and copies of any documents signed with the Leasing office. In addition, schedule a walk-through with a property manager prior to the end of lease and request copies of the Lease Termination and Security Deposit Refund form. Good luck."

"I’ve lived here for over a year. It’s not perfect but it seems like they are making an effort again to listen to residents. Recently, they hired overnight security again. I saw them after 3am when I went to take out my dog. I still have some minor grievances but being responsive towards tenants’ concerns goes a long away. They are very quick to dispatch maintenance workers when there is an issue with a unit. I’ve had a couple* different issues but I’ve never waited more then two days for them to send someone out and most of the time- the person is sent the same day since they have an AM and PM crew. I loathe the construction currently happening- especially that traffic has been disrupted and one of the parking lots isn’t available to us but* I’m really pleased with them reinstating the overnight patrols and that is a lot more important in my opinion. Plus, packages are always secure if left at the office and the community is returning to a more quiet ambiance. Hopefully we’ll see more positive changes soon."

"I have lived here for almost eight months and have had a great experience with all the employees and residents in the community. The internet, cable, and water are great and affordable. Anytime I had an issue, it was promptly addressed and corrected. Security is on property daily, which keeps crime low and unwanted visitors at bay. I highly recommend this community and it is close to a lot of things including Disney"
