"The owners are very racist if your any race beside Mexican don’t apply. Jesus the property manager is a big liar. They only want Mexicans on the property"
"Nice newly rented apartments at a great price. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful."
"My apartment was completely destroyed by mold in the first three months I lived here, and I had to throw out every piece of furniture I owned. One of those pieces was a brand new $600 mattress I'd been saving up for a few weeks. I feel this and several other issues make this property untenable. The property management group, Seven Hills Inc., is based out of state, and has refused to pay me back money they owed me. When I first moved into the apartment, I'd found several issues, ranging from rusty appliances and holes in the wall, to bad light switches and bad cable outlets. The paint was very poorly applied over concrete walls with no insulation, there were interior stud walls that weren't straight, and the windows couldn't be opened because the tracks were out of line. I decided these problems were outweighed by the $1000/mo rent, and decided to see the contract through. During my stay, although the kitchen and bathroom were redone prior to moving in, the sink and bathtub weren't caulked, and a contractor had to visit a few times to resolve issues that should have been fixed before I'd ever moved in. In addition, there were site-wide "inspections" done quarterly that myself and several tenants felt were violations of our privacy, especially considering that 24 hour notices would be posted at 4pm the day before the inspections would take place. I felt that because the notices were not being served the full 24 hours prior to the inspections, that this was incredibly invasive. I noticed mold growth in some items in my closet prior to leaving for a weekend in December, and left a notice with the property management group. When I returned the following monday, I found that the mold was covering everything in the apartment and likely had been growing for several weeks. The single wall-mounted AC unit was not properly sized to the one-bedroom apartment--it's worth noting that the same unit, with the same tonnage, is used in the two and three bedroom model units. There was also a provision posted in the office stating that any AC units facing the outside of the building would be removed per the rental agreement. When I reached out to the management group, I had offered to move out on the first of January, provided that I was returned the rent for that month which I had paid in advance, as well as my deposit. They agreed, but have not paid me back my January rent, a total of $1,060. The damage to my furniture, which all had to be removed, was well over $3,500 of value. In addition, all my clothing has had to be sterilized at my cost. I feel the group managing this property is dishonest, and will likely continue to rent this faulty property to other tenants who are unable to finance proper legal defenses to recover lost value due to their negligence. I recommend finding lodging elsewhere and avoiding these apartments."
"Wow I really don't get all the negative reviews. Come this April 2019.... I will be here one year. Yes it has its normal apartment situations and headaches. But I just love my apartment. And Ron has been absolutely fantastic. He was a good hire. I love the yearly activities that he has planned out for the kids who live here. And as a grandma I love that I can cook and bake and donate to these activities. And watch the kids have fun. So kudos to Ron and his crew.... and major kudos to the owners who hired him."
"I change my name for personal privacy.. OK this guy who is in charge of the apartment is the worst manager or what ever you wanna call it. If you ask him to do or fix good luck cause is not going to happened soon or never. Plus he is always going on vacation then he goes with out telling the tenants that he won't be in the apartments so now if you need something done you have to wait till he gets back so he can fix it. Cause the people he has can't do it all. And how you charge people on the rent 485 who has less time and to us the been here longer wanna charge 500.. the owner need to fire this guy. Oh and the new park if you have kids under 12 they cannot play in the park"
