"They let the trash pile up. There is no security and apartments as well as cars have been broken into. They put bandaids on the problems in the units and the remodeling is very cheap. The appliances don’t work well, and are constantly messing up. For 2,000 a month you would expect a much better experience."

"We have enjoyed our time living at Elevate. The property is nice and peaceful. They have a lot of community events and monthly breakfast on the go. All of the maintenance staff are great. For example, I put in a maintenance request this week and Justin took care of it quickly, efficiently, and gave a report of completion. We are happy to be here!"

"Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can! Management is a disaster and extremely unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Luxury apartments??? NOOOO Cheaply “ refurbished“ apartments! Go to At water or literally anywhere else. They are asking for too much for garbage. This place is doing Mt. Dora area a disservice."

"Apartment is beautiful. I have 2 bedroom and every room including bathrooms and closets are huge. It’s more like a 2 bedroom hotel suite. Very clean and nice"

"Nice looking apartments. But, They have the trash compactor right out front with another dumpster (roll off) just sitting there. The smell is absolutely atrocious! It's not what you would expect to be smacked with sitting in the turn lane to pull in. Parking isn't that great either for the residents. It's open parking or $50/month for reserve. Thats an additional $600 on top the expensive rent."
