"It was a one night stop front desk clerk Kelly was rude reserved room Facing lake got other side door had half inch gap at bottom. Bathroom had fresh paint and painters tape on floor owner asked me to pull up tape. Mold on ceiling .for the money 145.00 for the night place was a DUMP .only place available. Now we know why"

"I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this motel. The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. "We were in town for a volleyball tournament and rented two rooms. We were exhausted when we checked in and had to check out early so we were unable to address the issues we had in person.Both bathrooms had mold, and one of them had severe rust stains. We ended up only using the one shower. In one room one of the beds sheets had makeup stains all over it. In the other room one of the comforters had stains on it that looked like old blood. Really gross!!! The comforter and sheets were white! So no way they didn't see them. Luckily, we only needed one bed in each room. The people who checked us in and out were very pleasant. Also the phones in the rooms did not work, had no dial tone."

"This hotel really had me lost for words. I have never, ever, ever stayed at a place of business so disgusting in my life. I booked a non smoking room. When I got there and checked in, the front desk had no pleasant greeting to offer. The room had a wet, musty oder to it. I asked to get a different room and this one was no better. The shower had mold, the water in the shower gets backed up into the tub as soon as the water goes on, the paint on the walls were peeling, there were roaches on the walls, but at least it didn't smell bad. This place seems to have regulars because at check in the clerk assumed I knew exactly where my room was located. Honestly, like I said I'm at lost for words. One thing I do know is I will never, ever, ever stay at this hotel again. This experience have me questioning this hotel chain all together."

"Cleanest and best hotel in town! I stayed here with my family and the service was amazing. Staff really cares about ensuring the guests are comfortable and safe! Improvements have been made since the last time I stayed and I'm loving it. Location was beautiful. Breakfast included hot waffles, coffee, yogurt, and the burritos are great too!"
