"I stayed here last year as a surprise my wife booked for us, and we had a great time! Upon coming back into Mount Dora I was going to book again to find out that they put a bar underneath the hotel. They were playing extremely loud live music and the bartender yelled every time someone came in. Definitely won’t be booking again. Disappointed to see such a great bed and breakfast go to waste."

"5-Star Spectacular Stay This is the perfect spot for exploring charming Mount Dora - you can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants from this cozy, comfy gem. Our room (David's) was a suite - with a separate bedroom, living room and small kitchen. Guests receive vouchers for breakfast at Cody's on 4th (definitely try the quiche!) Simpson's is very reasonable, quiet and quaint - but what makes it even more special is the kindness of the manager, Tonya, who was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay. She even called us to let us know a storm was coming and that we could check in early - and then she met us and took our suitcases upstairs to the room. We were greeted with waters in the fridge, snacks on the countertop and a card welcoming us. We felt more like friends than guests - and so will you. Highly recommend."

"This was such an unexpected gem. Perfect location to everything Mount Dora has to offer. Very comfortable room with so many pleasant extras, such as snacks, water, and different coffees. Our host Tonya was such a pleasure. We will definitely be back with our friends in the future. I forgot to mention the free breakfast within a block of the Inn, that was amazing. Best quiche we ever had. Thank you for making our stay so very nice."

"We were very fortunate to be able to book Carol's Garden room at Simpson's B&B on fairly short notice. Tonya was so helpful in answering all our questions (location, parking,veteran's discount) in advance and during our stay. She even had a lovely card of welcome waiting for us upon arrival. Simpson's is in the heart of Mt. Dora, which provides super easy access to stores, park, and delicious restaurants. It also means limited parking on busy holidays. Tip: you can unload your things out back and then park. Once we found a spot we didn't move the car again until we were ready to leave town. Our suite itself was charming, consisting of three separate spaces plus bathroom and closet. The shower is small but has great water pressure. The bed is comfortable. We found the suite to be a very reasonable price for all that space. This is the third place we've stayed in Mt. Dora and we will definitely stay here again when visiting this beautiful town!"

"We had an incredible stay at Simpson's Bed & Breakfast to enjoy the Holiday Season in beautiful Mt. Dora! Tonya was extremely easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. The location is perfect to explore all around Downtown Mt. Dora. Bob's room was very nice and you can tell it's been recently renovated. The room is great for a family. The property is beautiful and we will definitely stay here again!"
