"My Spouse and I went in to view a 3/2 unit. Leasing Representative Santana was more than welcoming. She greeted us with the warmest smile and answered all of our questions. She showed us all the units available until the one we felt like home home. The property is exceptionally pretty, clean and in a great area."
"Santana(Angel) was AMAZING! She made my experience with Camden great! She was positive and very professional! Highly recommend her!"
"Leased here ( 2021-2024) 1bed/1 bath unit on 1st floor. This Camden isn’t “luxury” they could update the fake granite countertops. The walls/floors are super thin. Especially those above you who stomp/jump several hours into the night/morning. Or an alarm blaring at a new construction that goes for HOURS during nights/mornings. Camden’s response? Unfortunately it is not on Camden’s property so therefore we can’t do anything about it but we’ll try and call and see if we can get someone to handle it. While the residences contacting the hotel’s general contractor to get it dealt with. Maintenance staff is great but ventilation in the bathroom is terrible especially if you have a closet in your bathroom! Please expect mold to rapidly grow. I’ve cleaned it a lot but after seeing it grow around the other air vents in our apartment I realized they probably don’t clean the vents! I’ve also had maintenance come in twice to deal with it but after seeing that they just spray bleach and wipe it I decided to just do it myself! They should clean the vents! •SECURITY. A gated community but be wary as it simply is just gated, meaning they don’t consider it their responsibility to secure the property from those that don’t belong! The mail room had been raided once by a couple people who had access to a lost master key leaving people’s private information at risk and while they have video of the individuals who did it we still to this day have no idea if the individuals were held responsible! PLENTY of car/garage break-ins, to packages being stolen right and left from front doors. Camden has brushed off the issue multiple times saying the gate is to not to act as a security measure to those who live here but rather as a “perk”. I believe this is a lousy excuse! Their response to a lot of it is “have you contacted the police and if you see anything suspicious please call the nonemergency” or “we’ll look into this” then hear nothing about it ever again. If the gate is there and not doing what it’s meant for, then why have it and emphasize the fact that it is indeed a “gated community”??? Especially after it took them 2 years to repair the broken wall between the hotel and the complex on 192. I’ve witnessed people cutting/walking onto the property as they wish. As well as 3 teens jumping our pedestrian gate late one night. It has improved I believe since the wall was fixed but that still a.) should have never had taken 2 years to fix and b.) the widespread of previous theft has left me uneasy since as I do not believe it should be so easy or common to steal here. Multiple times has the gate been broken and left wide open to anyone that pleases, to come and go when they like including speeding/loud cars at night. Parking wasn’t too bad when we first got here but as time goes on we have had to park further away from our complex since the overflow of cars in the complex makes it difficult to get a space out by your building and when you worry about your car being broken into…parking becomes a bigger issue. So please note this when considering making this place your home and that theft has been a large problem and the lack of concern is I believe, to be one of Camden’s MAJOR downfalls. I renewed my lease in 2023 for over another year, I was surprised they increased it by over $200 and it included the $50 discount if I renewed again. (While to terminate the lease early is more than $3k!) I believe if you have tenants who renew year after year you can do better than $50! I’m paying over $1850 for a 1 bed/1 bath. Especially since when it came to my friend’s 2nd time renewal letter for his 2 bed/ 2 bath his rent would be increased by $1,000! They are asking for over $3k for 2 bedrooms in ‘24, Crazy. I receive my 2nd renewal this year. My friend and I will not be renewing. When you are so close to Disney because of location it should also be up in standard to reflect prices. Over time staff/quality of service has gone downhill. As a company pay special attention to certain details/concerns and when you don’t it comes across as a money grab."
"Most of the staff are great to work with and deserve a 5 star review. Belinda, the lack of security, the amount of break ins the community has experienced in the 17 months of living here is atrocious. The noise from the Gaylord is loud around 4am every morning. The walls are pretty thin which is pretty normal but unusually loud and pretty annoying. The amenities are great and usually kept up very nicely by the maintenance team. The pet fee is hefty and does not apply towards normal wear and tear of carpet, which they will charge you for upon move out, about half the price of your rent. The breezeways are rarely pressure washed or cleaned. The location is convenient to Disney."
"Just started living here and I love it so far! The pool is amazing the gym is great- there’s. Yoga studio! You’re close to everything! There’s a dog park! There’s a car cleaning station. It’s just amazing. Highly recommend"
