"THINK HARD BEFORE MOVING HERE! This place has gone down in quality horrendously in the last year. Air conditioners too small and/or old to be able to cool the units. Pest infestations of some buildings that go unaddressed by management. Stucco falling of the buildings. Water seeping into the units during storms, soaking the carpets and creating mold issues. People breaking into vehicles. I could go on and on. Now more recently property managers come and go in no time. The one that remains will smile at you when you first move in, but has a careless attitude when the issues are brought to her attention. Very unprofessional and callous. So sad to see these become the local slums."

"This is the absolute worst place I've lived. The property managers don't do a single thing to fix any problem and it takes over a week to get a hold of them. Maintenance never comes by to fix anything and if they do show up they show up at 6 and ask if they can come tomorrow and never return to fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone move in here. Maintenance has left water spots on our walls which caused water damaged and the one time they came to fix a flood issue, they dried the carpets and left. They never came to check for mold as they stated they would. As an update. Maintenance also likes to come into your apartment without your notice and they tend to leave your door unlocked."

"I could spend hours writing this review but to make it short and sweet…. The office staff could care less about the residents, the apartments are roach infested, the AC units do not work and now every night cars are being keyed with happy faces. I can’t stress this enough, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The price is the cheapest in the area because it’s the worst complex in the area. May the odds be ever in your favor if you chose to move here. ***Cagan has pest control that they offer but the roach infestation is so out of control the buildings need to be condemned and treated. The pest service does the bare minimum and seems to just upset the roaches. Not picking up trash at the buildings for over a week is also not helping."

"Stayed here on vacation in one of the family/friends rentable apartments. An amazing experience! I did NOT anticipate such a nice apartment, let alone having a fully stocked kitchen, closets with extra bedding and towels, etc. Certainly a bang for my buck. There also are a bunch of nice little restaurants to choose from, and very close to a lot of things. Cagan was clean, walking friendly, and it felt safe!"

"I moved in a few years ago and from day one I've had nothing but bad experiences here. First I was given the apartment with paint over spray all over the windows and dirty cabinets with dead roach carcasses inside. Maintenance request are regularly ignored and management does absolutely nothing about it. I had 3 washing machines replaced withing the first few months because they kept bringing in used ones that had not been inspected. The maintenance workers have scratches floors, left puddles of water from the washing machine in my bedroom somehow and simply just left it like that. To add insult to injury, I have found the spare key that maintenance uses on my door, will unlocked when I get home late from work. Not once, but TWICE! As of now, I've been waiting for over 3 months for maintenance request to fix the gutter over my balcony and still nothing. Rent used to be cheap and to be honest it was the only appeal to this place. It just simply isn't anymore."
