"My girlfriend and I have lived here for 4 months so far. The experience has been sublime. We have fantastic staff and the amenities are working great for us. To top it all off the Maintenance man Miguel has been absolutely amazing. Super responsive and quick to help with any difficulties. He even lent us a cooler when our fridge broke. Absolutely recommend this location for apt seekers."

"Im shocked to see 4+ stars on this property. These reviews are definitely fake. DO not waste your time or money. The staff and property manager are animals, just inhumane. This is far from luxury. It's funny how they respond so quick to these reviews to "help" you solve the issue but you can never get them on the phone or even visit the office because it's closed most of the time with a "we'll be back soon" sign"

"90% of these “positive” reviews are from tenants who are being bribed on the resident portal for points and discounts. This property is disgusting. They seem really nice at first, and then they treat you like animals. I was charged valet trash the entire time I lived here and my trash was never picked up once. I ended up throwing out the trash myself, daily. There’s mold in the apartment I’m currently living moving out of. There’s pictures and videos of bugs, insects and roaches crawling on my daughter as she sleeps. People smoke every night in the pool area, even Roy who works at the leasing office smokes outside of the office. It is nothing far from ghetto. It gets loud at the pool and smells like marijuana at night. The trash room is always full from top to bottom. Packages were stollen during the holidays. There are no security cameras in the property and we are not allowed to install one in our door or we get fined $250. Never heard of that in the years I have living in Florida. Cars were broken into (including another tenants car on building 175) and nothing was done. They don’t show concern or humanity for their tenants and I don’t understand that because Jennifer (the property manager) lives here and I know multiple people have complained about the same thing. These people are robots, they show no compassion or empathy considering we live in the same property. I emailed them multiple times which I also have proof of and even asked to speak to higher up and they refused to let me speak to anyone. There are other personal things I’d like to share but I’ll take legal action for those. This property needs to be looked into and so does the staff. My name is Ray by the way, in case they try saying I never had a lease here. They know who I am. Stop bribing your tenants to post positive reviews on here, you’re false advertising. This property is far from luxury. I will be posting the videos on another review."

"High crime rate, save your self and tour family from The Preserve at Champions Gate; this complex gets constantly break-in by bandits, even though it is a gated community. Management just said “I”m sorry, the police are looking for footage”. The thing is, there are no cameras watching over the parking lot. I am left to deal this on my own, my insure is sure to go up for something outside of my power, and management did not offer me any kind of assistance. The management at Preserve at ChampionsGate did not even seem to know it was my car, because a criminal act happened, and no one seems to care. Think twice before moving here."

"Wish it was better. The buildings are nice, apartments are nice, location is great. The staff are impossible to deal with. I get it, they have several hundred residents to manage but they seem to go out of their way to be unreachable and unhelpful. The office is closed more often than its open, a sign posted on the door for "we will be back" is never accurate as to when they actually return. If you could live here without ever needing anything from the office it would be a perfect place."
