"Worst parking policy of anywhere I’ve ever lived. They charge you for parking cars above rent. Plus if you are renting your car, you have to pay $20 a night. Also every guest that comes in has to pay for parking too. So if you want to kill your social life without friends, you’re welcome here. I see the folks replying below it’s because of the parking issue but I talked to several people and no one ever talked about this issue, it seems like they’re just making this up to charge more money. Greedy chumps! I am leaving ASAP! Sincere advise Everyone Just don’t rent here!!"
"Please notice that all of the 4 and 5 star reviews are from people who just barely moved in, management is likely offering an incentive for the reviews. This is our third year living here and it has consistently and steeply gone downhill. First, there is a major ROACH problem in several of the buildings. Second, none of the trash cans have lids so the critters get into them and trash is constantly strewn all throughout the complex. There are always several chicken and rib bones on the ground which pose a major choking hazard to anyone out walking their dog. The two trash compactors often break and are full, meaning that trash and debris piles up and smells. Third, management recently implemented a new policy that makes GUESTS PAY FOR PARKING. $3 an hour is more expensive than some places downtown! There is no reason for this policy as there has never been an issue finding parking spots. Now management is trying to make residents pay $55 on top of the monthly $20 parking fee to pay for a "Reserved" spot. Again, this has never been an issue. Management also says they will tow vehicles that have any visible damage or flat tires, so good luck to anyone who has car trouble and has to park at their home while they wait to get to a mechanic. Fourth, one of the reasons we chose this complex was because of the amenities. 4 beautiful pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, 2 gyms. Sounds great in theory but in reality, weights and equipment are always missing from the gyms, one of the tennis courts was turned into pickle ball courts, and now we have just been told that ALL FOUR POOLS ARE CLOSED with no plans or a date to be reopened. One of the pools has a sign that says that the County Health Department closed it down, but this sign is conveniently located on a back gate away from where potential residents will see. I do hope that is not a serious health concern, because I have still seen families in the pools since their closure, and management has not been forthcoming about why the closure occurred. Fifth, the complex has electronic locks on EVERYTHING, including bathrooms. These locks often malfunction, and in the pool areas the exit button is within reach, rendering the locks useless in the first place. I am giving my review one star because I truly do love the maintenance team here. They are so kind and helpful and do their best given the circumstances with management. I sincerely hope that all of these issues get fixed because we truly used to love living here. We think the complex is in a really great location and has a lot of potential."
"New resident here! So far the move in process has been so easy and the employees are incredibly helpful and quick to respond to your questions! I had an issue with a mirror in one of the bathrooms and they were kind enough to show me how to place a service request! The complex is nice and well kept. The amenities are also clean and kept up with. Apartment was move in ready even though I gave everything a once over. Overall very happy with my choice to move here"
"Although this place is absolutely stunning I did have some issues that were coexistent prior to move in that I think should have been taken care of before myself and my family moved in. First, we had roaches in our unit due to the lack of cleanliness of the “cleaning team” through maintenance…which I think falls back on the actual property. The past tenant who stayed in my unit clearly had roaches. Upon my arrival I did a deep clean of my unit to find that the floors were absolutely filthy. For the most part the rest of the unit was clean. Not only were the floors filthy but the when I moved the kitchen stove while cleaning there were both live and dead roaches behind there accompanied by old food, silverware, grease and roach fecal matter. I was completely shocked because this complex is gorgeous! When brought to the attention of the property manager and leasing agents they wouldn’t accept my request to be compensated something off my rent. Pest control sprayed after I cleaned what was already supposed to be clean and then maintenance followed up with caulking the cracks with the left over debris from the pests. This was done AFTER I put in a request for service. It was done 3 days after I put in a request. If I wouldn’t have requested any of these things, they would not have been done. That was upsetting and pretty disgusting for the amount of rent we pay here per month. I thought we would be compensated being as though we did someone else’s job and the pests could have been prevented! There was also roach fecal matter in the kitchen cabinets. Second whoever did a walk through after the alleged cleaning prior to move in not only forgot to move the stove but to open the refrigerator…we are missing glass shelves which makes it difficult to store food properly! When doing a walk through our first day here that was one of the things I checked off on the list that needed attention…Overall the place is nice, the people in the community are very welcoming and they do respond back swiftly to issues being had. We do live under a nightly active family who love to stomp around. But other than that the place is great and just needs more work in the communications area between staff members to ensure excellent service and safe living conditions to the tenants who rent here. I’ve been here for less than a week and am still killing baby roaches. I’m pretty sure they have invaded our belongings that are not unpacked!!! Roaches do carry diseases that can make you very ill, so I pray this issue gets resolved ASAP."
