"The organization lies about a lot of things. They lie when it will soon be obvious that they were telling lies. They lie when it is obvious in the moment that they are lying. They tell conflicting lies and, when they are called out on it, act as though it was just one set of information. As noted in posts by other people, they roll out announcements that what they said previously wasn't true during times when the office is set to be closed. That means you can't resolve the issues (they created) with them and cannot resolve them elsewhere (because other companies are likely to be closed too). They may offer you a deal, but it is likely that the cost of their lies will offset that. Also, I would not count on them fulfilling promises. Lastly, the organization seems to have a squeaky wheel gets the grease approach. If you speak to the staff calmly, and someone else yells, it is likely they will take from you to help the other person. Having some nice front office staff does not offset these kinds of issues. Consider renting elsewhere."
"Love living here! The place has really come together since we got here. I especially love the amenities like the study area, my personal garage, and of course the coffee machine. Julius and Louis are so awesome and always take initiative to help."
"Julius, Louis and Kerrigan have been absolutely amazing. They all answered any questions I had with patience. Everyone is so kind, the delaying of construction had nothing do to with the leasing staff. They housed me at Anthem House during the delay, they’re working hard to get things done. I love it here "

"Louis, Kerrigan and Julius were and have been amazing through the whole process. Even though it has been a rough transition they remained super calm, nice, supportive and welcoming. On move in day, i noticed Louis was working really hard moving a ton of furniture and he still took the time to ask me if i needed anything! They are all super friendly and i enjoy running into them around the property!"
