"THIS RATING IS NOT FOR THE COMPLEX. BECAUSE THE COMPLEX IS HORRIBLE IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE OVERALL. THIS IS A 5 STAR RATING FOR YOUR ROCK STAR CHRISTINE ORTEGA SOLELY. EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE WAS EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT I just moved out recently. And throughout all the countless unpleasant relationships I’ve had with workers in the leasing office and the maintenance guys (I couldn’t tell you who was worse) CHRISTINE ORTEGA WAS AMAZING. Everytime I walked in the office she was kind, understanding, and she was focused on you. It’s unfortunate it took for my lease end for me to develop such a good relationship with someone working with the development. CHRISTINE ORTEGA if you see this I have thanked you 1000x for your kindness it was truly unmatched. I hope this review makes it to a desk or someone who can make changes. Because everyone working for this development needs to learn from Christine Ortega on how to speak to, understand, and respect the tenants."

"Johann is an asset to this complex, I've been living here for 12 years and it has never been this clean and kept up and He helps the tenants as much as he possibly can. Tampa has had two serious storms during my 12 years here and the last one we had it passed during the night and Johann was out cleaning up at daylight clearing the drains and parking lots because the parking lots tend to flood, but this time there was no problem. Thank you Johann you are AMAZING."
