"Kelvin was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to help me get the apartment I was interested in. He also quickly responded and was very thorough with explaining all documents and things needed to get the apartment. Very professional and welcoming community."

"Not sure when this was built but it’s old. I have cracks on the wall inside my apartment. Maintenance tells me it’s no problem. The required $25 trash service is terrible. I have an issue atleast once a week with my trash not being picked up. By far the most annoying thing about this place is the constant unnecessary communication through email and text. I get an email or text just about every day telling me to register my car at the office. I’ve tried the last two weeks to get an air filter the office is supposed to provide. If you value your time and don’t want added stress on top of your already stressful life, don’t live here."

"From the moment I walked into the leasing office to the day I moved in has been a great experience. The girls in the office are extremely helpful, pleasant and easy to work with. Moving is beyond stressful, but they made my experience as easy and stress free as possible. I absolutely love my new place, it is perfect. The last two apartments that I lived in were newer and larger and double the cost of what I pay here, but I never had a moments peace because all I could hear were inconsiderate, noisy neighbors. Now I come home from a stressful day at work and get to enjoy being home in peace and quiet because I hear nothing and it’s extreme bliss. Neighbors are quiet and respectful and the property is nice and safe. I am all around extremely pleased with my decision to move here and look forward to coming home every day now."

"When I got here my unit was not ready and I had to wait 3 hours to see the unit. The unit was not at all what was expected or what I told it would be for money I was being charged. I had my packages stolen. I spent a total of 5 1/2 hours there before i got my keys to the unit. On the upside the property mgr was able to switch my unit to one that was a lot better and apologized for the inconvenience. They leasing agent were friendly despite my annoyance at the situation. Besides some issues that need to he fixed in my unit overall I am content with my unit just wish the move in process would have gone smoother as I was moving from NYC here. Hopefully my stay here will be pleasant moving forward. **UPDATE** So far it has been great, despite the move in process the property mgr Evelyn has made sure that there has been no other issues moving forward. All my issues have been addressed and I am overall honestly happy with my decision to move here . Thank you to the Caribbean Breeze team especially the maintenance men that work so hard in this heat to make sure that the tenants are being tended to."

"If you’re looking at these reviews to decide whether you want to live here you’re better off living in a dumpster with raccoons at least you wouldn’t have to pay an unreasonable price for your living conditions and share an apartment with rats, German cockroaches, spiders, ants, mold, and wasp infested balconies you name it you’ll find in your unit here at Caribbean breeze. Don’t even think about asking for help from the leasing office because you won’t find any or even find anyone that cares. If you decide to stop by regardless here’s a pic of our community pool outside the leasing office to give you an idea of how little these people really care about their image let alone the living conditions in this community."
