"The property is nice enough and so are the units, not luxury by any stretch but nice. The walls are paper thin, the units are small and there aren't enough parking spots, especially if you come home in the evening. I was fortunate to never have my car towed but it's a crapshoot. The biggest problem is the lack of management. Different faces every time you go in (if there's anyone in the office at all) and concerns of residents are completely ignored. They aren't even polite a lot of the time. Don't bother cleaning when you move out, there is no level of cleanliness that will get your deposit back out of these guys, and there isn't even anyone available to speak to about it. Way overpriced for what you get."

"Even after nearly 2000 views... Still crickets.. ignoring their victims is the MO... Not even their "attorney" will reply. Should be illegal!! I WOULD HAVE RATED IT LOWER BUT ONE STAR WAS THE LOWEST. Predatory organization. Preys on the residents. Look how many residents are complaining on the reviews about being towed while sleeping...... victim after victim is promised assistance by management ... and yet, no one ever has their problems resolved. Rotating management... so an issue never actually gets dealt with by corporate/ owners, just kicked down to the next one. They are cowards. I was legally parked on the property and have a lease to prove it. The app malfunctioned and it was towed because of a petty technicallity... caused by management and their predatory tow company. .. 813Towing. Manager made empty promises to help for 2 months, and suddenly blamed me and refuse to explain. They will victimize you. Stay clear... DANGER!!! I've spoke with Sunlake management, corporate operations and corporate office. They stopped returning calls weeks ago. I've left numerous messages for the corporate attorney..... no reply. My phone number is on file.... call me!!! It's fake on here.... noone really will do anything to help. Acting like you care publicly, but run everyone in circles and hope they stop calling in reality. All-inclusive scam. I've sent an email... no response. Why get on here and pretend to reach out??"

"I will be moving to the Land O’ Lakes area soon and while touring Bainbridge Sunlake; I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, he was very informative, regarding the amenities and all that this property has to offer. There is a very nice gym and clubhouse, and the pool area is really nice and clean. I love the quiet community, it looks like a fantastic place to live."

I look forward to enjoy this place to the fullest. It’s beautiful here and peaceful. I read some reviews about parking spaces, I don’t have any issues with parking space. There is plenty of parking space here."

"If I can make this short as possible I would, but unfortunately this has been the worst experience of my life, I’m blessed that I they didn’t run my credit or even process. I went int to the office to tour this apartment in 1st of September 2023. Josh was amazing tho! Can’t complain about Josh. But I submitted my application in September 1st I have 800+ credit, income well over 4 times rent, they never processed my application, they never answered the phone, they were sick I understand but upper management should get a full staff, I left several messages for regional manager last name drew, extension 7083. Never called me back as well. But I came after one week trying to get this application to process. I came today and the lady, was very nice and I advised what happened and she gave me a return, that’s comes in the mail in 30 days. I could have gone through with the apartment but it was to many red flags. Unfortunately even though how beautiful the complex is and apartments are for the price. I would NEVER recommend. management needs to give raises to there employees if they want to keep running a multi million dollar company."
