"The level of incompetence and unwillingness to help from the current office staff is simply unmeasurable. Do yourself a favor and do not fall for the "nice" latest reviews as this is just them putting on a show for the newcomers and then asking them to write a positive review - because they so desperately need it! Listen to the people who have been here and have seen the change in management. Countless reviews here paints the accurate picture. Because only once you've been here, locked in a lease, that you will see exactly what you have to work it, which is absolutely garbage! I actually wonder where they found these people and how they were hired to work in a complex leasing office. The maintenance staff is amazing and that should be made clear. So if you choose to sign a lease here, pray that the only thing you ever need is from them. You've been warned! UPDATE: There is a new person here named Juni, and it's so obvious she has experience working at a community like Azora. Not only she is capable of doing her job, but she is so nice, and genuinely helpful! She deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated. She is not like the rest. The others could and should learn from her."
"Azora is a really nice complex , we have a new baby and I love how there is so many young families around. I feel safe and everyone is very friendly . I have put in multiple maintenance request and Josh had helped us each time and has been AMAZING! You can tell he really cares and wants to help !"
"Figured I would clear the air with some of the back and forth reviews. Azora is a wonderful place to live. I was one of the very first residents to move in. I fell in love when I first moved in, and after a year, I decided to renew my lease. Shortly after during hurricane Irma, a new management company took over. The new management staff had about 1 week to take everything over that the previous staff did. Hence, some of the bad reviews. For a few months, there were no food trucks, community events, or engagements at all really. Bills for previous months were coming in late. Water fountain turned off, and the place got a bit dirty all around. New management was still trying to get their feet under them. But here we are in January- about 5 months give or take since the transition- and we have returned to our scheduled programming. Now, there are food trucks every week again, community engagement both in person and on their instagram, and the place has been kept super clean (maybe even cleaner than previous management). All in all, new management was dealt a really bad hand. Some blame must lie on the previous management company for not properly preparing the new management company for a smooth transition. Again, Azora is a wonderful place to live. The residents are all friendly, office staff is nice, maintenance and trash valet have been great, there are a plethora of amenities. So while a few months ago I may have dropped my rating down a few stars, today Azora is a 5 star apartment complex. Shoutout to the new management for returning things to the way they were previously. While it did take some time, they really have it handled now."
"From the first visit at Azora, I fell in love with the place. Everything is stunning, modern, clean, and beautiful. Tony took me on the tour, despite his busy schedule, and was a pleasure to work with. He was highly responsive and honestly just the purest soul. After the tour, I knew this was where I wanted to move after touring plenty of other apartments in the area. After going home, I saw the reviews online and was hesitant to move in. However, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and submitted my application. I got to meet Kierra, the Assistant Manager, and she was a wonder to work with. She ensured everything was completed and provided an efficient move-in and online lease signing process. Everything took less than a couple days to complete, even when I decided to change units! She is a gem! I got to meet her the day I picked up my keys and she was a delight, very thorough and fast! Since moving in, it has been a dream come true. I love every aspect of the apartment from the way it looks to the new apartment smell. There are plenty of outlets in the unit and the cabinets are just beautiful. There is always ample parking and the neighbors are so kind! They even have events every Wednesday and post an events calendar in the elevator! I even had maintenance come out to take a look at a few things and they were not only responsive but extremely friendly and efficient. Josh is my go-to guy and he does an amazing job, checking to make sure everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was perfect before leaving. Everything about Azora is clean and professional. I have no idea where all the negativity is coming from because everything has been absolutely incredible. I am so excited for all the adventures coming in the new place! Thank you Azora team!"
"I have been living here since July, and at first I loved it. Then, especially after they hired new management, everything went downhill. I’ve lived in four different apartment complexes in the last 8 years of my life, and I have never experienced such poor Service. The front office staff is almost never available. Half the time I go to the front office, it is closed and when I try calling they hardly ever pick up my calls. I have been struggling with silverfish infestation since moving here and it has only gotten worse . I now have black mold growing on my ceiling. This complex fooled me. it looks super luxurious, but after a few months of living here, I can tell you that my experience is far from luxury. The staff, minus a few, are completely incompetent and are almost never quick to help. I will not be resigning and for the price that I’m paying now, I know I can find a much better place."
