"I looked up income based apartments, and that’s what I found because it is not a low income apartment."
"Unusually quiet for being in such a busy area. Pretty much everything you'd expect from an apartment complex though"
"My family and I lived here for almost a year. We did break our lease a month early. The first few months were awesome! We had amazing neighbors, a very well maintained apartment building, and great front office staff. After a while, neighbors started moving out and with that came new neighbors. The new neighbors were very rude, loud, and disrespectful. My daughter with extreme asthma couldn’t even come home from daycare with out having to smell the fumes from one our new neighbors spray painting outside her apartment door everyday. Parking was an extreme issue for building 5. I work until six o’clock every night and when I would come home I’d always have to park far away from my building. Imagine one person trying to carry two babies, three lunch boxes, and a diaper bag across two buildings and up one flight of stairs 5 days a week. Assigned parking is something that should seriously be considered at this point. Living here, I had to call the cops countless times for fighting neighbors. My husband even found a full bag of pot in our parking lot just laying there! I’m not one to judge but what if a child had found it first? For the price, it’s just not worth the dangers that came with living here. We are super grateful for the positive outcomes here but I would never live here again. Definitely not for families, more for young couples or single people."
"Very presentable, a little pricey for what you get but I guess it pays off with how nice everything is around the complex. I can't say I've ever had any problems with residents or the management. Plenty of restaurants and businesses all around so everything feels like it's right at your finger tips. I would've stayed longer had I not purchased our new home but if I ever needed an apartment again this is absolutely where I'd go all over again. Would recommend staying somewhere in the back of the complex though, the front tends to get busy with everyone going about their day."
"Been residing here for 2 years. Office staff is nice, maintenance is awesome! Grounds are kept clean. Just wish it was gated so no outsiders would come and sneak in. Not a low income complex as stated. Rent is up. Washers and dryers in each unit at a monthly cost. WIFI is extremely the worst here. That also is at an additional cost. Don't be fooled about the base price!!! May seem great until you are hit with the rest. A 2 bedroom apartment can easily run you $900! Otherwise pretty happy here."
