"I do love living here but am concerned on how it is changing. The landscaping is being neglected with all dirt spots where flowers were. Our beautiful palm trees are falling and have not been cut back for hurricane season. The laundry room was dirty and dog poop is around. Our front office is amazing and our maintenance team is excellent but they work half the amount of hours. I pray Richmond properties makes some changes since they have beautiful residents here who really care about where they live. I guess I am the person Speaking out. Thank u"
