Freedom Inn at Tarpon Springs

"I recently did a walk in to gain some information about the facility for my grandmother. The staff seemed pleasant, especially the receptionist. However, one of the assistant managers named Tony could work on his personality. He was yelling at a few of the older employees, barking out orders right in front of the visitors. It then took over 25 minutes for him to acknowledge my presence after he was told I was there to visit with him (or any present manager on that shift). He finally approached me with a very cold introduction and took me on a brief tour of the facility, introducing me to only the young, fit, female employees. Imagine that. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but I am a nurse and there is a degree of professionalism you are required to display at all times. Perhaps their standards of care for the seniors living there are much better than my experience with the assistant manager. But I will be looking into other facilities where management does not leave a sour taste in my mouth. Good luck!"
