"It’s a great place to live. The property manager Christina is an amazing and very interactive. You see her working alongside her maintenance team if she has too. Great team and great property no complaints."
"I’ve been through (3) different Management companies. Images of Rocky Point to The Point is night versus day! The Property always tidy. I’m so thankful I stayed! Maintenance is helpful. Ohh My neighbor had a new hot water heater installed by the Manager! Amazing!! I’m excited for the new clubhouse and fitness center!!"
"This apartment has a beautiful lake which I like a lot. The rent is reasonable. Christina in the leasing office is nice and very helpful. There are some miscommunications in the process but if you find her in person, she is always willing to help you. Make sure get your email address right and get her phone number so you can text her."
"I loved it here a few years ago. but the crime has gotten bad in this small neighborhood. Nightly car thiefs happen each night. My ex gfs scooter got stolen on our front porch. Management is hard to get a hold of at certain times. only have one skilled maintenance guy. hard to get any work orders completed"
"I do not recommend this place at all. There was an apartment fire in my building on Dec 23, 2022, and they have been giving me the complete runaround regarding how they were going to help us. Since my apartment was indirectly affected by the fire due to water and smoke damage, we were initially told that we would not have to worry about paying rent until Feb 2023, then after I signed my part of the lease, I asked if we could have an extension to pay rent until March 2023, due to the fact that we are having to start over and pay a lot of stuff out of pocket & Christina said yes. I also have email copies of this conversation. Now, we’re being told we have to file rental assistance for the months that we had already been promised by Christina. Christina, who is the the apartment manager, also often brushes out concerns off, rather than helping us find a solution, she refers us to do other things rather than sending out maintenance to immediately fix the issue. Our experience since the apartment fire has not been pleasant at all, and even with maintenance requests, they take a long time to get to them. Please consider my experience and think twice before you move here. We will not be renewing."
