"This is just how the “GYM” looks. It’s true the apartments are infested with roaches, no matter how much you cleaned before moving in or during your stay here, roaches are going to keep coming out. I am using the “strongest” thing in the market for roaches and I still see them. They are very stern with the rent payments but take two to three months to fulfill any maintenance request. When the maintenance guy finally came by after several written request it took him 20 min to “fix” everything. The application process took from May 25th to July 31st between paperwork, because everything is very old style since it’s “low income tax community” and the leasing specialist Karla Aviles was already quitting her job and the process was filled with several several housing violations that I am not even going to mention here. Mrs. Gale has been long years managing this property and I can tell by the office appearance, gym, pool, playground none of this facilities has been updated since she got here. It’s so so sad they treat “low income families “ this way since I am one of the families that do pay on time, abided by the rules, try to keep and build the community up. Only good thing in the 6 months living here is that’s so far is fairly quiet, and I made a home of the apartment I was assigned (don’t think you are getting a tour before moving in) so out of necessity yes, come it’s the”cheapest best” medium best your are going to find in GNV because I do have seen it worse though..but this is my review for this apartment complex.."

"Plz guys don't be a fool. This place is disgusting to live. If you love roaches, then you can move in. My girlfriend lives in this apartment, and it's the worst place to live ever. Nothing about this place is friendly, and the worst part of it, 3 time for the year they go up on the rent, they charged late fees, and when you late they still telling you about lawyer, even when you go and talk to the manager Miss Gail in the office and tell her you going to be a little late, when you pay the late fees with the rent she still telling you about lawyer, and talking about the people that lives in the apartment they got to pay the lawyer fees of $150, I think the people in this apartment needs to go to the rent board and make a complain on this place, all the people in this apartment got the same issue, so sad, am truly glad my girlfriend leave this place,"

"Great place to live. Quiet and family friendly, staff is very polite and they do events as a community that make living here even more great. You may here other neighbors but overall it's very quiet and very well kept up. They also have a great daycare next to the office that offer discounts to residents. Very happy I live here, as far as roaches go yo see them every once in a while if your a cleaner like me but it's not a lot, plus they have pest control every Thursday if they become a problem pest and u start seeing them all the time. Prevent them before they get worse is all I can say. 100 percent love it here, a must rent place that's nice and not to pricey."

"The place has terrible roaches that will crawl through your kitchen cabinets and to your bathrooms. The walls are so thin between each apartment that you can hear everything happening next door, below, and/or above you. Their park doesn't have much for kids to play with. Therefore, if you're looking for a family-friendly area, this is definitely NOT the place."

"I was evicted in 2010! I had a verbal agreement with their Hispanic attorney. But 2 weeks later. I was getting evicted and I had 24 hours to be moved out. I tried to talk with anybody that would listen, but nothing! I finally call that hispanic attorney and explain what happened and that she was in the wrong, but she just hung up on me. Imagine having 3 kids and nowhere to go!!! I would never want anyone to experience that ever in life"
