"I recently got of a pest control service for my apartment, which was provided punctually. However, despite the timely service and even arranging special treatments, the cockroach infestation in my apartment remains alarmingly severe. The situation is perplexing and disheartening, as the infestation persists even after regular and specialized pest control measures. I am at a loss for what further actions to take to address this issue effectively."

"The complex is not handicap accessible. I am disabled with mobility issues. The community mailboxes are steps up on a platform, with no railings. It is a safety issue for me, a risk of falling. Weeks go by until I can get someone to help get my mail for me. The units only have tubs, no showers which are difficult to access for a disabled person."

"I’ve been here a week. The leasing and move in process was smooth. I did have to push back my move in a date a few times but it was no problem. The manager Oliver was understanding and has been a great help."

"The property manager Oliver is great. I’ve lived here for 3 years. The apartments are up to date stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer. Whenever I had an issue , it was fixed immediately. This is a great apartment complex to live at."
