"Roaches everywhere. You can't ever get them to fix anything. They wanna raise the rent every six months. Just run. Not a nice place at all kids break into people's cars. Maintenance people let other people walk into your apartment. Crime rate is up and you can be robbed anytime. Sad place."

"Their main office is immaculate! The staff were great people that work together and were very friendly. I didn't drive through the whole development but there's a playground with a cool slide and there was a beautiful pool there as well! Great place to find a new place of residence for you and your family!..."

"Absolutely terrible management. Today they decided not to show up to work so the office is closed. Phone lines are full and you can’t even call because everyone in the community has been calling in, i'm sure they all have issues too. Put in maintenance requests multiple times and its been over 2 1/2 weeks.. no one has come to fix anything. One of our toilets continuously runs which was another work order I put in, no one has ever come out resulting in an extremely high water bill. Staff is very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is strict parking yet can’t provide decals.. Do not recommend living here, there is no real customer service and they couldn’t care less about residents and their wellbeing. Oh not to mention, there really is no emergency maintenance. Makes you leave a voicemail LMFAO."

"Honestly sad to say with the number of apartments I have lived in in town here, this one is BY FAR the absolute worst. The property management is completely worthless and does not do their job at all. They do not take care of or keep up with the grounds here and they have a nasty attitude on top of it all. I have never had a call or message returned. They are never in office or available.. they do not acknowledge or complete work orders. Not worth a penny in rent. Completely pathetic if you ask me. -thoroughly disappointed tenant"

"PLEASE READ BEFORE THINKING ABOUT LEASING HERE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I’ve been living here for the past three years unfortunately due to not being to find other apartments! When I originally signed the lease, the apartment that was given to me was not the current one I have. The one I moved into was infested with roaches from the previous tenants. The staff is unprofessional and lack common sense. They do not answer their phone even when they’re right next to it. The rent is ridiculously high for it look the way it does. Rent has gone up every year with no changes to the buildings and maintenance. Packages get stolen constantly! And now the office closes at 4 o’clock but online and the phone says it’s 5:30. A lot of residents get confused because it has not been updated! Their maintenance is bit slow and the people in the office don’t really know how to help you if you have an issue. If I could give this zero starts I would! 10/10 would not recommend."
