On our first visit, we met with Jalyse and she went above and beyond to set our minds at ease and answer every question for us! Additionally, Ridgemar Commons is a safe community and in a great location!"

"Recently moved out after living here for over a year. It's a great and clean community with fantastic amenities. Everyone from the Front office team to Maintenance were always amazing, kind and super helpful. Rima in the front office is fantastic, always quick to answer any questions and help with anything that might arise. They have a lot of options for apartment layouts, upgrades and furniture rentals. The location is also great with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will definitely miss Ridgemar, thank you Rima and the whole team for making our time here amazing!"

"Moved in days ago and it's great. Rental agents are super nice. Apartment is great. Maintenance is super responsive. Prices are decent. Lots of amenities. Can't hear any of my neighbors. Only critique is that dumpsters are spread far apart making taking out the trash difficult for some tenants (such as myself), but it's a small price to pay for everything else you get. Glad I'm here."

"Recently moved out after living here for 2+ years. The best place I’ve lived so far! Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, and they were kind enough to extend my lease by a few months to accommodate my plans. Maintenance was very helpful. Any issues were promptly addressed. It is a peaceful and beautiful community that they’re continuously working to improve. Security deposit was promptly returned and any deductions were reasonable. I will miss Ridgemar and would certainly have stayed if I hadn’t left Gainesville!"

"Ridgemar Commons has been the BEST apartment complex I've lived at so far! After graduating from the University of Florida and starting my first full-time job in Gainesville, I knew I wanted a nice complex of young professionals/adults to call home. I genuinely loved coming home from work every day to Ridgemar Commons because the property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The current property manager (Ashley) is a gem of a human being! During my year living here, I constantly saw the management and maintenance teams working to make improvements to the property. At night, I loved walking around the complex and would often see neighbors doing the same or walking their pets. On the weekends, I enjoyed laying out at the pool which was never too crowded or chaotic. As a young female living alone, I never felt unsafe at the property and the maintenance staff was great about helping me with anything I needed in my apartment. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Ridgemar Commons to anyone who is looking for their next apartment home in Gainesville!"
