"I didn't get to live in the property but seeing good reviews here, I was encouraged to contact them. Ms Yvette was so nice and said all the nice things and promised me that she would make a 2/2 ready for me by the time I needed it. So I applied on time, got approved and when I called them when can I move, they said the apartment they thought would be available won't be available anymore because current tenants decided to stay there. They told me that they would be having another 2/1 coming up but later said that one won't be available either. Then they said they could put me to a 1/1 and later transfer me to a 2/2. So basically they knew that they won't be having any 2bedroom apts available and didn't tell me because otherwise I wouldn't have applied. This unprofessional and deceiving behavior caused so much inconvenience to me and my family as we needed 2 bedrooms not 1bed and could have looked into somewhere else and got a place when we needed it."

"I have been living in these apartments for a little over two years and I am very pleased with NEW management. Yvette and the maintenance staff always makes sure that my concerns are dealt with in a timely matter and she is always easy to talk too very down to earth. Recently we moved into a bigger unit and the staff did a beautiful job making sure my new apartment was ready to go for my family. The neighborhood is very family friendly and I would definitely recommend them!"

"We just moved in to one or the townhomes that Oak Glade is over, and let me tell you, i am beyond happy and pleased, Miss Yvette is an amazing Landlord, Businesswoman and she does it all, i dont know how but shes very attentive to her tenants needs and emergencies. But going back to the actual unit we got, at first we were just gonna go see it and we actually didn't have no hope this was gonna be anywhere near what we were looking for. But from the moment we step foot in the office, to talking to Yvette and going to see the unit (which was being completely remodeled, and i was so happy for that) everyone was so nice and polite and so so very friendly, and the head maintenance lady is a joy, she pays attention to detail in everything and did i mention she was so nice too. Fast forward to our move in day, the place was clean, new carpet, new paint, new bathroom and moving the furniture was a breeze, everything fit through the front door and we got it all done in 2 days. Overall best office and maintenance staff so far. **Also they give State employees a discount in the rent**"

"I’ve Been Living Here For A Month & This complex is beautiful and well-groomed, Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. I thank God every day for allowing me to be here. This place is very clean, quiet, and beautiful. I feel like what I pay in rent is well worth it. I am very well pleased with the amenities we have. When I moved in my place was spotless clean! My landlord “ Yvette “ is SO amazing and everyone is so nice. I would definitely give this 5 stars!"
