"They haven't had a manager in months and now that they do they are rushing people to get things done when for months they didn't even have anyone watching the property. They are more focused on getting people to remove their potted plants from balconies than preventing vandalism on vehicles and other activities going on. This place is also illegally raising rent costs within a rental agreement instead of at renewal. Just a heads up, rent here is now close to $1,000 and it's supposed to be rent controlled.. Wow"

"The manager is a rude person she cussed me out for playing in the streets. Now I'm a 14-year-old writing this and I really don't like it, I mean wow how do you get on kids about playing in the streets where our mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts and uncles can watch us play. Me and my siblings can't even get in the gate of the basketball court. Honestly it's the manager if we can get a new manager that's not going to cuss us kids out and tell us to remove potted plants from our apartment balconies that we pay for."

"You don't ever call a guest a liar especially if they are prospective clients with small children who dont understand why they are being called liars and with hostility. Being demanded to leave immediately, when that family has permission to be there and no one else has been at the pool. There are much better ways to handle situations and this was done poorly."

"I am a soldier who had his family there in May enjoying the pool. Friend was away and the manager came out and was very confrontational and called myself and my family liars, she removed us immediately. Will never want to live here when I get out."
