"Hi John. Living at Reflections was such an experience, and I want to write the next brochure. Please let me know if you accept, as I think everything is accurate! We can talk price after... Here at Reflections, you'll find all the amenities of a slumlord, at double the price! We have major features which you'll be very interested in, and we can't wait to share them with you. Firstly, upon move on, have you had the horrible experience of everything working well? Like they repaired everything after the last tenant left? Well, leave all that behind here at Reflections. Major maintenance issues like the A/C not working, the dishwasher not being attached under the counter and our washer/dryer vendors delivering non-working machines filled with literal rocks in the dryer are all part of our charm! (Oh, and the vendor is in Tampa, so if they don't work, we'll only take at least two weeks to come repair them for you, if we choose to do even that.) Yes, every tenant deserves to have a mountain of maintenance issues, and we want to make sure you feel right at home on day one. Other apartment complexes might make you wait a few months to experience these by having "habitable conditions", but we want to get started on the right foot and make sure you immediately experience all our wonderful community has to offer by throwing you in feet first. But we don't stop there. We like you to feel right at home by also having exciting issues outside your apartment. For instance, we have lights on the stairwell that we let hang by wires for weeks (not in their socket), and neighbors that leave garbage outside for days on end and let squirrels get into it, making a mess everywhere. We want to make sure you know exactly how we feel about your tenancy, and there's no better way than to allow you to experience the majestic sight of lights hanging by wires ready to come down on your head with a strong gust of wind on the stairwell or empty, old and gnawed at food cartons all around your front door. In addition to squirrels, we here at Reflections love pets. In fact, we love them so much that we automatically give you some free of charge with every apartment. Yes, you guessed it! Roaches! Don't worry, we have so many that every resident will never feel left out. In fact, we'll send you a picture of dead ones after you move out and we'll say that you forgot to clean them up. And for those of you who might only be used to having roaches in your kitchen and bathrooms because you aren't the best housekeepers...we got you covered. We have roaches falling out of vents, in the closets, in the bedrooms, and outside waiting to greet you by your front door. Sometimes they'll sadly be dead...but don't worry. We have countless more to replace them. And while we're on the subject of pets, if you don't think roaches are enough, have we got a deal for you. You get the privilege and honor of paying a pet fee to bring in your pet. We'll tell you that this fee is to cover the move out costs since there's additional cleaning that has to be done for allergenic purposes. Then, upon move out, we'll charge you again on top of what we already charged you! We specialize in misleading and miscommunications! Let's emphasize that last part, since we are so good at it. Have you ever heard of excellence in communication? Well, we strive to be as far away from that as possible. We don't want to hinder you with mail and emails and tell you important information. Instead, we thrive in doing the opposite. Not put the right sticker on our mailboxes so that some of your incoming mail gets returned to sender? Check. Transposing your address for the final bill/return of deposit, getting the letter back and not emailing or calling to make sure we got it right? Check. Sending you to a collection agency for a bill you dispute even though you might be literally the easiest person to get ahold of, ever and then when you say you never got the letter because of our mistake, simply not believing you? Of course! I've run out of space, but you know who I am :) Happy to write more."

"I have lived here for more than 7 years. Love the privacy and security of the 3rd floor units. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit this year. Best value for a struggling senior citizen. Only one complaint. Please power wash the stairs more than once a year. Although I like to keep the outside presentable my neighbors don't. I've"

The location ended up being too far away from where I work, but the apartments seemed well maintained and affordable. Chris, the maintenance technician, also said hello in passing, and I thought it was wonderful to see how close their management team is!"

"If you live here, I’m sure you’ve realized that there’s a maintenance guy who lives in the neighborhood who has a bad attitude. Constantly telling residents things management should take care of. Spends half his day in his own apartment and the other half in the maintenance garage. If you’re going to live somewhere and pay for maintenance, I wouldn’t choose Reflections."

I use a wheelchair and need some extra accommodations and have a service dog and this was the easiest I have ever had it to be able to move into a place with her and have accommodations met that I need.
