"I’ve called and asked about the leasing terms and also spoken to the office on the phone. I have had friends who lived in this community. I have heard nothing but terrible things, which kept me from moving forward with possibly moving there. There terms are outrageous, the staff is rude and dismissive. They require to go into your apartment monthly for inspection, give notice of 90 days before moving out and also have no condition available to break the lease. Death in the family? Doesn’t matter, “you signed the lease”. I felt as if they have these terms in their lease just to collect the money. It’s all about money, and not about the residents or prospects. In my opinion, there are way better apartment homes out there. I highly recommend taking your search elsewhere."
"There was a listing for an apartment available 9/11/2020. I applied for the apartment, paid for $40 application fee and requested a move in date of 9/25/2020 due to my current lease ending 9/30/2020. I received a text message asking if I was flexible with my move in date as the apartment may be available sooner. I wasn’t keen on moving in too early and having to pay rent at 2 locations. I then received an email that my application was approved However, since my desired move in date is 2 weeks after the posted date of move in, they will continue to receive applications for the apartment and I will be placed on the waiting list for the meantime. I agreed to be a bit more flexible and move in at the posted move in date of 9/11/2020. The next day I receive a text message stating "The move in availability for the apartment you applied for has been moved up to August 11th, next Tuesday. I am officially offering you the apartment, lease starting 8/11/20 thru 7/31/21. If you except, I will email you a lease agreement later today for you to e-sign.” Due to the inconsistency of the move in date, false advertising (I applied for an apartment with available date of 9/11/2020 not 8/11/2020) and unprofessionalism I decided to take my money/business elsewhere! It’s obvious this leasing office is not organized! If just trying to lease an apartment was that messy I could imagine how it would be to live there!"
"These apartments used to be a great place to live. My grandparents moved here 9 years ago and my nana continued to live her after my papa passed. Melony was a wonderful manager and always made sure to help the tenants that lived there. Fast forward 9 years later Melony left a few months ago there is a new manager, Ginger, a lady in the front, Elvia, and the owners that are going to run this complex straight into the ground. They do not know how to deal with people at all. You ask for maintenance and you don't get it for months. I highly recommend spending the extra 100-200$ a month on something that has the space, the "extras" like a dog walking area, walls that arent so thin you can smell the neighbors food or hear EVERYTHING, a gym that is more than a treadmill and bike, and a pool that isnt always closed for maintenance. Please for your own benefit find something else."
"I've lived here more than 4 years it's nicely kept, quiet & affordable. The maintenance guys are always there if you need them & really professional. Melony is an awesome apartment manager!"
"I just moved to Santa Fe trace and so far everything is great. The apartment was cleaner than I thought it would be. The carpet and appliances look brand new so maybe they are. I've only lived here a week but no noise from neighbors. I had to call maintenance for an extremely small issue with my bathroom and they were there the next morning. (I put the request in after hours the previous nights) I never write reviews but for the price I'm paying it is deffinitely more than I expected. So far no complaints!"
