Woodland Villas Apartments

"An update (3 years later, October 2022)- Still a wonderful place to live. If you have any issues, Jan and Rob make sure to take care of them in a timely fashion. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to all of us residents in the Woodland Villas community. Rob is very kind and knowledgeable with repairs and fixes them extremely quickly. Glad we live here. 2019-Great place to move in. Was clean and Jan was professional & super helpful. Everything was ready to go and no real issues. Glad we decided to rent here. Thank you!"

"I lived here for a year and a half, only left because I had a great work opportunity. At first i was concerned about some of the reviews but things were great. Jan and Rob are great always willing to help. I moved in on a Friday and Saturday morning found bed bugs, Jan came over on her day off and brought a few bottles of bed bug killer as a temporary fix until she could get pest control in. Pest control came very quickly and treated the apartment in two sessions on different days, they completely got rid of all the bed bugs. Otherwise the apartment was very clean. The apartments are older and there were lots of things that had wear and tear. I noted everything on my paperwork at move in and they came on Monday to fix and replace what was needed. They are working on remodeling and upgrading the apartments during my stay and after I left. For the most part the area was very quiet. Never really had issues with residents. Next door complex were rowdy sometimes and police were over there frequently. But it didn't seem to trickle into ours. Recommend keeping your car doors locked. If you left them unlocked people would break in but I never had issues. Pool was always well cared for. They were very accommodating with my pets and maintenance orders were completed quickly. My ac stopped working twice ans each time they came to fix within a couple hours. I left in the middle of my lease, Jan worked efficiently to find a new tenant and I only had to pay part of the month I lived there before moving out. I got my security deposit back no problem. Loved how spacious the apartment was."

"I just had to leave a review! I just settled into my Villa most recently and it is not a renovated unit, but it is still beautiful and very clean inside! I just wanted to also add how professional, warm, efficient and friendly Jan is, she really is such a beautiful person! And I couldn’t finish my review without mentioning Rob, the gentleman who keeps our pool crystal clear and fixes everything, he took the time to explain somethings in our Villa, that will help us keep our place in great condition! Thanks Rob, we really appreciated that! I’m really enjoying this place, and I’m very grateful to God for it!!!"

"Jan was really nice to us and worked with us our entire year lease, even through our hard times. The maintenance guy was great as well he was very on top of things whenever we needed. Very big townhomes, and a very lucky find for us. Pool was clean and warm. Lots of renovations going on to improve the neighborhood. I felt very safe as well."

"The apartments are older, so you would expect maintenance to be prudent. However they take their time and do not fix things properly. My air conditioner went out several times, they would patch it up and it would break again. Cost me a lot of money in electric bills. The management company is quite poor. They try to rip you off when you leave. I was very unsatisfied with my stay there."
