"I am shocked that this company charges as much as you do for this home. There was so many issues and it was filthy. Wi-Fi never properly worked for the entire stay, Pool lights were inoperable for the entire stay, grill was disgusting (looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since placed on property). There was hair in the “clean” bed linens upon arrival, 1st night there where roaches in the beds, dirty dishes in the top of the cabinets and none of the outlets in the kitchen worked. We had to move the coffee maker and the toaster to the family room to use them. Hate leading to the pool broke but someone actually came out to fix that issue, umbrella to one of the tables was broken, door knob to the closet in pool house is hanging on for dear life.. I can send photos to back up my findings. The home is beautiful and in a nice location but horrible management that does not seem to care. Total shame, we wanted to love it but just could not because every time we turned a corner something else was broken. We have definitely stayed in homes that are much nicer with no issues for a lot less!"
