"Our stay at Watercolor was exceptional. The staff (namely Randy and Jose) go WAY above and beyond and sincerely care about your experience. Every single interaction we had was warm, inviting, and caring. I'm not sure I have been treated better during a hotel stay. It made a mark. The rooms are really clean, comfortable, and quiet! The cleaning staff leave personal touches and it is so lovely! The cookies each night are amazing. The only restaurant we were able to visit onsite was Fish out of Water. The food was fine, but could use some improvement in my opinion. The resort was beautiful, well maintained, and walkable. We did spend most of our time on the beach, but did visit a couple of resort pools and enjoyed them! Overall, this was the perfect beach vacation. From the location, staff, amenities, etc. you would be hard pressed to find much better. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great experience!"

"It doesn’t get better than this. Don’t stay at a house, get a room where they clean it daily, bring you fresh cookies every day, wake up to good free coffee. Everyone is so friendly, Disney level service"

"The view of the gulf and pool amenities were great. The room needs updating. The air conditioning produced a strong musty odor. Paint peeling on the ceiling where you pull the curtains back. Things you think would be taken care of in this pricey of a place. Service was excellent but will not return due to the facilities lack of care and excellence."

"Clean rooms, very nice staff, beach access was easy, and the treat suite was a huge hit!! The resort should consider cooling the pool water. The water temperature was 94 degrees and was not very refreshing. The pool towels smelled of mildew. If you fly in and are not renting a car you should consider renting an electric golf cart/trolley car because otherwise you have get very expensive taxi rides anywhere."

"Came here for a quick weekend trip, and my husband and I were more than pleased with the facilities and service provided by the Inn. We had a minor hiccup with our room upon arrival and the front desk manager, Randy, immediately solved it without hesitation. We appreciate his help and attention to detail. The staff in the restaurant, Gather, were great, particularly Maria who made sure we had the best service possible while at the pool and in the restaurant. This is a very family-friendly property and location within FL, so if you’re not looking for that, this is probably not the place for you. The resort is part of a club for the surrounding community which includes additional pools and beach chair set-up. While the additional pools were nice, the only adult pool was really small and crowded so that was a bit of a disappointment. We stuck with the actual pool at the Inn which ended up being more relaxing. Overall, our time here was great, and I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for top-notch service and lots of amenities."
