"My first time renting from Beach Habitats. I found them to be wonderful! Early check in was the best!! No waiting! The service was awesome only needed them once for a golf cart issue. Fixed within 45 minutes. Amazing people! Will def use again."

"Our rental moved to their company, was paid in full. Beach Habitats did not offer us to keep the reservation. Instead they changed the prices, listed it on their site and booked without even offering us to book it. The lady who I spoke with, Claire, was horrifying rude about the situation; blamed it on the other rental company. But Beach Habitats was in the wrong as they did not even OFFER us to rent through them, she said "this rental was posted on our website with our prices WEEKS AGO and its been rented... sorry there is nothing I can do." Absolutely disgusted by the entire situation and the customer service with Beach Habitats, which was nothing but rude and condescending. *Review written for correct company. This stuff should be illegal as it is in other states. Claire completely knew what they did wrong and had nothing to say about it except not my problem."

"My family of five recently returned from our first vacation at Seaside. The house we rented through Beach Habitats 30A was first rate - comfortable, spotless, and an easy walk to the beach and area pools. Since the house had so many glasses, plates, and so much silverware, it was only necessary to run the dishwasher once a day. If this house is indicative of all Beach Habitats 30A rentals, I would not hesitate to rent from them again. Stellar service!"
