"The hospitality provided by Vacasa might just be the worst thing ever. Our air conditioning has been out for 2+ days and they have not done literally anything for our benefit. Mind you, it’s been upwards of 90+ degrees in our house for this timeframe and not only has Vacasa failed to provide any assistance, there is a ridiculous amount of disconnect between their central offices and their local services. If you have any issues, good luck! They have no coordination whatsoever and it’s extremely disheartening considering how nice the surrounding area is. Highly do not recommend"

"This has been the worst experience renting a condo through Airbnb from Vacasa Vacation Home Management in unit 319. The check-in instructions state we were supposed to receive the lockbox code the morning of our check-in. We didh not received the code and it was still not received the 4 pm check-in time. Apparently, they are not tracking which platform customers are using to rent the condo. They claimed they emailed the code and then later stated they realized we rented through airbnb. Hours after the check in time, e were given two incorrect codes. The building workers, who are not affiliated with Vacasa, were able to better assist us with the access codes. To top it off after a delayed check in, the condo was disgustingly dirty. We sent photos to the host of the dirty condo and no one came to clean it as they stayed arrangements would be made. Our stay is almost over and we have been having to clean the mess to feel comfortable. We've never experienced this before. There were black stains on the master bathroom floor, hair on the master bedroom sink, dirty bed sheets with visible dried bodily fluid stains on the master bedroom bed and bunkbeds. We have had to wash the bed sheets and blankets because they were so dirty. This is simply unacceptable. For the price we paid to stay here (over 4000) and it did not meet the standard of cleanliness. This is unethical. We have requested to speak with the owners, however I'm unsure if they will contact us."

"We have yet to hear back about any of the issues we dealt with. The first issue upon our arrival was the microwave does not work. After a long day of travel, we picked up quick options from the grocery store and we were unable to use the microwave to feed our family. When I was asked to rate the cleanliness of the home through a 2 way message string that was on going, I rated the home and asked what could be done about the microwave, I stopped receiving responses and never heard back. The first night here I went to tuck my niece into her bed in the garage converted bedroom and found sand. She simply slept in the the other bed available in that room, but frustrating none the less as clean sheets should be the bare minimum of renting a home. The master bedroom sheets had what appeared to be black make up stains on the cover blanket. The master bedroom tv did not work as well. Our last night is where the most frustrating issue arose as we were preparing to leave in the morning. The dryer does not work. So we had to hang up our clothes around the house to dry and then pack damp clothes in our bags to leave the next day. When I booked this place, we prepared for the trip in a way to expect the listed amenities to be functional, and that has not been the case. When we spent $4300 on a rental property, basic appliances provided and a clean bed were the last thing we thought we’d have to deal with. We are very disappointed with this experience, and we will not be recommending or booking with Vacasa again."

"We enjoyed our stay at High Pointe. Location was great & the view from the balcony was beautiful. Entrance security was great! Vacasa office staff was accommodating! Appreciated the elevator & carts in entrance to transport luggage etc. Recommendations: The ceiling fan in the front bedroom nearest to entrance did not work and was quite dusty & air did not circulate well in this room. We noticed 2 small roaches so pest extermination might be needed. Drape in master bedroom was broken & could not be closed fully. Hand soap at bathroom sinks, a few extra toiletries such as shampoo/soap/toilet paper-as we did run out before stay was complete, extra trash bags & hair dryer would have been appreciated."

"High Pointe is the best place to stay in the Seacrest and Rosemary Beach area. It’s a beach front property. I previously stayed at The Pearl hotel In Rosemary Beach which was across the street from the beach. Plus Highpoint is a 2 bedroom full kitchen condo instead of a hotel room. The price was actually less than The Pearl. The other advantages of High Pointe is it is a gated property with security and has the only beach front restaurant."
