"We loved our visit here. It was a clean neighborhood and everyone was very nice. We loved the private pool and The Hub across the street."

"Overall the location was nice, the house seemed nice, but the water in one shower, the valve broke, so water wouldn't shut off. Had to wait for a plumber, several door knobs fell off! Lol and then the gas stove broke, just started putting out gas for several hours, fire department had to come, evacuated us to turn off gas, so we had no stove the last 4 days. I would say they are just small maintenance issues, but the fire department stated they come out all the time for the same stove issues throughout the community."

"This area is great! This community is well thought out and well laid out. Golf cart resort style community. Great pools, beautiful landscaping. Easy access to shops and restaurants within just a few miles. Downside is beach access is limited to a few spots that don't have parking for cars and golf carts (bicycle parking only). Recommend going to deer lake state park- its beautiful however walk to beach is longer for carrying of things. Supposedly a shuttle to the beach but that may not be for off season."

FREE GOLF (EACH DAY) with open green spaces & easy access to miles of bike paths to a beautiful town center. Resort style pool (large) & fitness center (small) and private tram service to the beaches of 30A. Gave 4☆☆☆☆Because wi-fi was not so good, searching cable stations with tv remote was troublesome & FOX News was not listed (who watches the other fake news channels now anyway? The "woke" maybe). Apps on TV like Disney, Youtube, Netflix & Hulu did work however."
