"The internet signal is very bad, access to the facilities crashes, your phone application constantly stops working, these services should be improved"

"The apartments are nice and location pretty neat but there’s some issues. For one parking is a nightmare. 2 there’s a thing called a frills package. It’s mandatory you have to pay for it. It’s for internet, trash takeout and pest control. Unless the trash meets the proper specs and is bagged in accordance with nasa’s safety standards they usually just don’t take it and leave it at your door. And the internet. You are basically paying for something you will get maybe 50% of the time with the internet. Pest control is alright. Also they have a text messaging system that texts everyone in the apartment every time they do anything. It would be a way higher rating if I could pocket the 100-150 dollars I use on the frills package for my own internet service. How it sits now I’m just kinda stuck paying for something inadequate. I could take my own trash out and about every internet service I’ve ever had is far superior to this."

"Miss Isha was amazing !! After she left, all professionalism, punctuality, and communication from the office to the resident went out the window. Late to my move out date appointment by 40 minutes !! The best they had to offer was, she’ll get there when she can. Also, Taking a week to get in touch with or get back to me !! Now, while i understand it is a BUSINESS and their job is to profit, you don’t finesse your way into a customer’s pocket ! This complex and company is just looking for every single way to get you out of your money, without any form of communication. No courtesy to the resident whatsoever. Outside of the lack of professionalism from the folks in the office, the infrastructure of my apartment unit was revealed to be terrible after about 6 months into my lease… the shower was leaking into my bedroom closet, which then led to a mold development in my bedroom closet. The best to offer was just to paint over the mold. Hilarious !! They said plumbing would show up and never did. Also, the The floors in my apartment were noticeably not level. While the amenities are awesome, and being on the water was even better, ladies and gentlemen… save your money, sacrifice your wants and needs, and live somewhere just as nice but with better management. "Beautiful new apartment development on the waters of the East Bay at the base of the Dupont Bridge into Tyndall Air Force Base. The apartments are clean, very comfortable and the layouts are very efficient. The multi building complex provides views of the water and beach from many if not most apartments. The pool area is very nice as well as the office building with lounge area and nicely equipped exercise room. Walking paths provide unobstructed walking of pets and exercise without competing with vehicles. The office staff is exceptional with Isha and Brooke going the extra mile to make you feel welcome and making the process as smooth as moving can be. The maintenance staff are very helpful as well. Isha was outstanding as I was relocating from Illinois and she was responsive and very kind and sweet as we did much of the work over the phone. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking to relocate to the area."
