Celadon Beach Resort - Real Estate Sales

"Place is great! I would have given 5 stars but the elevators are horribly slow. 1 out of 3 were working, and had to wait 10-15 minutes per use. We also had to hunt down the luggage carts using the stairs. Other than that it has a great beachfront and awesome view from the room!"

"The Celadon is a clean and well maintained condominium complex on the west end of PCB. It is in a great location, has a convenient parking deck, lots of luggage carts, and has plenty of amenities. The pools and hot tub are well maintained, and the private beach with umbrella and chair access is a huge bonus. The common areas are routinely cleaned as is the walk way from the parking deck to the elevators. However, the biggest area for improvement is the elevators. Both the parking garage and the unit elevators have a sour smell and only one elevator has any type of ventilation device to help eliminate the odor. Thankfully the time spent in the elevators was minimal and the condo and the rest of the property more than made up for the elevators. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for 5 days on the 23rd floor, room 2301. Overall the experience was great, it was clean and very nice. We had a nice view of the ocean and marine wildlife early in the mornings. You can see all the way up and down the coastline from that high up. We had 7 people and it didn't feel crowded. The parking was across the street in a parking garage but having the pedestrian bridge made it easy to go back and forth. The three elevators got very backed up during the busy parts of the day which is pretty normal for large condos like this. We did have a difficult time getting into our room. They told us we could check in early so we changed our travel plans to get their early but we ended up having to wait until 4pm and when we got the code for the door it didn't work so it was just kind of inconvenient for us. Other than that the rest of the trip was great."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice and had a fantastic view. 4 stars bc there was no concierge service and getting an elevator took entirely too long on checkout day."

"Absolutely a beautiful place. Well kept. Friendly staff. Located in an amazing spot right on the beach. A smoke and pet free facility. The condos we're modern and beautiful. They include everything you need like washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, big fridge. All the pots and pans and dishware you could possibly want. I could have lived there. Vacation went by to quickly."
