"This condo was absolutely spotless! It was clean and cozy and the furniture is updated and new. The location was perfect for my sons wedding which was at runaway island next door. We have a condo on the other side of the bridge in so Andrews but if we stay on the beach again we will certainly rent this gem. 5 stars for sure!!"
"LIV is truly one of the best property management companies out there. I have used many different companies in the past, but will only use LIV from here on out. I have stayed in a few of their properties and all I can say is WOW! From the welcoming arrival email, being hosted upon my arrival, and answering any and all questions that I have had. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. Everything is always so clean and fresh. Plush linens you just sink down in. Dustin, Scotty, and Crystal are amazing. If you don't stay with LIV, you are missing out!"
