"Our room smelled like cat urine but it was probably more because of a water leak. The carpet was wet so we called the front desk the maintenance man never showed up. Last night we had problems with the TV remote controls the man that brought us the replacements was not in a good mood. I think our call pulled him away from the basketball game on TV. This place could be a great place to stay if the help weren't so lazy."
