"The condo was "kind of" clean when we got in. The beach access is awesome, but they don't have much space at all unless you want to pay extra to rent their chairs. We paid almost 5K for the condo we should be able to bring our own chairs and sit close to the water. Otherwise you have to sit way back on the beach or "trespass" on the other properties' beach which they seem to watch like a hawk. 1/10 would not stay again."
