"Beautiful setting about 1.8 miles to the heart of 30A! Brand new condo complex with new resort style pool. Fitness center is getting close to opening too! Covered parking is wonderful in the heat of summer. This is a unique complex with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom short term or long term rentals. The rental company is on site which makes issue resolution quick. Looking to get into the vacation rental market? Or just looking for that quiet place to call home? This is a fantastic place to live and is only getting better as new amenities open. This complex sits between 98 and 30A and offers easy access to both. Spring and Summer the complex will offer a beach shuttle making your trip to the beach very easy."
"I am not a resident. But who in their right mind would buy here?? I mean really?? The amenities are a joke at best.. they claim "access to the Emerald Coast and Scenic 30A, with endless opportunities for activities and adventures. Explore our hiking and biking trails or opt for a relaxing day at the beach" as if it is strictly theirs to offer....hoping maybe someone won't notice that that amenity is afforded to anyone in the area, and they wont have to spend $400,000 plus for a small 1 bedroom apartment to get said amenities.... yall, seriously?? and not even a garage?? Just a metal structure with a tarp strapped to it for covered parking?? This is part of what is wrong with real estate today....what an absolute ripoff.... and joke...."
