"The vacation home we rented was pristine and perfect in every way! Had every accommodation imaginable! Did not over communicate or have ridiculous check out rules like “some” vacation rentals. Highly recommend!!!"

"Terrible management company! Did not disclose that major construction was going on on the roof, and next door. Grounds are filthy, construction began at 8:15 this morning, ended last night at after 6 pm, pictures on walls shaking due to construction next door. Toilet paper littered in foyer. Staff are rude and unapologetic and give you the “sucks for you, we can’t do anything about it” attitude, their response to our noise complaint was “well, the roof was supposed to be done already”. If your wanting to stay around 30A and have a peaceful quiet vacation, steer clear from this company. I’ll be sharing my videos of the mess in action on other platforms, so hopefully another consumer can be spared dealing with this company."

"RUN! do not use this company at all, my parents are currently there and there is construction going on that we were not informed of and there is renovations going on next door that we were unaware of. I called and ask what they would do since my parents clearly cannot stay there with all the noise and they told me there was nothin. I ask to speak to the owner and said if something couldn’t be done I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company. The person I was on the phone with then hung up on me. Stay far far far away from this company!"

"We just left Watercolor. Callista was extremely responsive. We had a million questions and they answered every time.....never acted like we were bothering them. They were VERY accomodating and flexible. We will definitely rent from them again. Loved the home and area.Thank you Callista!"

"Will never rent from Callista again!!!! This is the first vacation rental house we have used in the past 7 years that pulls a contract with no cause… To me this rental company should take responsibility for their bookings…. Once a contract is signed that should be that…. Not with these folks…. So I forewarn anyone looking at renting from them… as with us it will be a gamble if you actually get what you signed for…."
